View connected devices

To view the devices linked to your Microsoft Exchange 2019 account via Active Sync, follow these steps:

1. Accessing the Outlook Web App (OWA):
   • Go to the Outlook Web App login page.
2. Logging in:
   • Log in using your email address and password.
3. Open Settings:
   • In the Outlook Web App, click on the cog icon in the top right-hand corner to open Settings.
4. Navigate to Mobile Devices:
   • In the menu, select ‘Options’ > ‘General’ > ‘Mobile Devices’.
5. Overview of connected devices:
   • You will now see a list of the mobile devices connected to your Microsoft Exchange 2019 account. This overview shows details such as device type, last synchronisation date and other specific information.

This feature is particularly useful for getting an overview of all the devices that have access to your Exchange account. It also allows you to manage or remove synchronisation for specific devices if required.
