Start Exchange with OWA

With Outlook on the web, you can access your Microsoft Exchange 2019 account via a web browser and manage your emails, calendar, contacts and tasks from anywhere in the world.

Required: An active Microsoft Exchange 2019 account.

All you need is any device (PC, Mac, laptop, smartphone, tablet) with a web browser and internet access.

To log in to the Outlook Web App: Open the Outlook Web App login page. Enter your full email address and your password. Note: If you have forgotten the password for your Microsoft Exchange 2019 account, you can set a new one after logging in to centron. You can find instructions on how to do this here:

Click on ‘Log in’.

The home page will open and your inbox will be displayed.

Follow these steps to change the display language or time zone:

Please note: These instructions relate to accessing the system via a PC. When logging in via a smartphone using the Outlook Web App, you cannot change the display language, and the menu options are different.

• Click on the cog icon in the top right-hand corner of the menu bar, then click on ‘Options’.
• Select ‘General’ > ‘Region and Time Zone’.
• To change the display language, select your preferred language from the ‘Language’ list.
• To change the time zone, select your preferred time zone from the ‘Current time zone’ list.
