Migrating your calendar from AirMail to MS 365

To migrate your calendars from Webmail to Microsoft 365, follow these steps:

Prerequisites​

Exporting your calendar​

  1. Log in to your webmail account.

  2. Click on ‘Calendar’.

  3. Click on the menu icon next to the calendar you want.

  4. Select ‘Export’ to export a file in iCalendar format. Save the file to your computer.

Importing an ICS file into Microsoft Outlook using the Import/Export Wizard​

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook.

  2. Click on ‘File > Open and Export > Import/Export’.

  3. In the Import/Export Assistant, select ‘Import iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar (.vcs) file’. Then click ‘Next’.

  4. Select the file exported in iCalendar format (ICS) and click ‘OK’.

  5. Click ‘Import’.

The calendar is imported into Microsoft Outlook.
