Changing your MS 365 domain
In this article, you’ll learn how to change the domain you’re using with Microsoft 365, which was purchased via centron. The switch from one domain to another takes place automatically.
Prerequisites
- You are using Microsoft 365 from centron.
Step-by-step guide

Log in to centron.

Select the ‘Email & Office’ field.

Click ‘Select’ in the Microsoft 365 field.

Under ‘Actions’, click on the cog icon.

Select ‘Edit user’.

Click on the ‘Username’ entry.

On the ‘Change username’ page, click ‘Select another domain’.

On the page ‘Which domain would you like to use for your account?’, click on one of the domains displayed.
- Please note: Alternatively, you can order a different domain via the ‘Buy domain’ button or transfer an existing domain from another provider that you can use for Microsoft 365.

On the ‘Change Username’ page, enter a different username for your domain.

Confirm your settings by clicking ‘Save’.
You have successfully changed the domain for Microsoft 365.
