Android: Setting up MS 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)

In this article, you’ll learn how to install and set up the Microsoft 365 Mobile apps on your Android device.

Prerequisites

• Access to the centron Control Panel

Notes

• The article ‘Microsoft 365 Outlook Web App for Android’ explains how to send and receive emails using the Outlook Web App.

• Instructions on how to set up Microsoft 365 on iOS devices (iPhone, iPad) are provided in the article ‘Microsoft 365 Installation and Set-up of Mobile Apps for iOS’.

Installing and setting up the Microsoft 365 Mobile Apps on your Android device:

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.

2. Search for and install the Microsoft 365 app you want.

3. Open the app and sign in with your Microsoft 365 account.

4. Optional: Confirm any requests for access permissions to use the app to its full extent. This only happens during the initial installation.
