Delete Teams
To delete a team of which you are the owner, you must first completely remove all of the following Teams resources:.

1. Prerequisites before you begin
To delete a team of which you are the owner, you must first completely remove all of the following resources from Teams:

S3 buckets
-
centron Managed Databases
-
centron Kubernetes cluster
Once these resources have been deleted, owners can remove the team via the Team Settings. When a Teams is deleted, all items associated with the team, such as domains, snapshots, tokens, SSH keys and SSL certificates, are permanently deleted.
Deleting a Teams will also remove all team members from the team. Individual user accounts will not be deactivated in the process.
2. Delete a team
As soon as a team no longer contains any blocking resources (e.g. managed databases or Kubernetes clusters), an owner can delete the team.
To do this, follow these steps:
First, switch to the team you wish to delete. To do this, click on the account icon in the top right-hand corner of Control Panel, open the drop-down menu, and then select the relevant team via Switch Teams.
Click in the top right-hand corner again, this time on the Teams icon, and select Team Settings from the drop-down menu to open the team settings.
In the Settings section, scroll right to the bottom until you come to Delete Team. Click on the red ‘Delete Team’ button to start the deletion process.
A form will then open, which you must complete as instructed – please note the information displayed regarding the deletion process.
At the end, confirm the action by selecting Yes, Permanently delete team.
Once confirmed, all owners will receive an email confirming that the Teams has been successfully deleted. The team will then no longer appear in the Control Panel. The payment method assigned to the team will be charged for the outstanding balance, and both the owner and the biller will receive an invoice for the final amount.
Once it has been deleted, the team name can be reused for a new team.
