Creating a Teams
Once you have registered with centron, you will initially be the sole member of your default team. As soon as you have set up a payment method, you will be able to create further Teamss.
To create a new team, open the drop-down menu in centron Control Panel by clicking the profile icon in the top right-hand corner:
Select ‘Create a new Team’ to go to the ‘Create a new team’ page. The creation process is divided into three steps: Team Info, Add Payment Method and Invite Team Members.
1. Team details: Enter the name of the Teams and the corresponding contact email address. Additional fields allow you to further customise your Teams:
2. Add Payment Method: Add a payment method for the new team. If a payment method is already assigned to your default team, this will be automatically applied and you can skip this step:
3. Invite Team Members: In this step, you can optionally enter the email addresses of other people you wish to invite to the team and send out the invitations. Alternatively, you can skip this step and remain the only member of the team for the time being. You can invite additional members at any time later on:
It is also possible to make a secure login method compulsory. If this option is not selected, it can be enabled at any time later on.
Once you have finished creating your team, you can easily switch between your Teamss at any time via the profile menu.
