Traffic Calculation

Details on bandwidth billing for centron products can be found on the respective product overview pages. This page summarises the same information for all products that charge for traffic.

External traffic – both incoming and outgoing – is charged. Internal traffic within the centron platform is free of charge. For the current traffic rate per GB, see the price overview.

Traffic is billed automatically. You can view your charges on your invoice. There are no regional differences in traffic pricing.

ccloud³

External traffic – both incoming and outgoing – is charged per GB on centron. Internal traffic between ccloud³ VMs is free of charge.

S3 Object Storage

Traffic to and from centron and S3 Object Storage buckets does not count towards your traffic allowance.

Colocation

At Colocation, network traffic is charged separately per GB – for both incoming and outgoing traffic.

ccloud³ GPU and Managed Server

The same traffic policies apply to GPU instances and managed servers as to ccloud³ VMs: external traffic is charged per GB – for both incoming and outgoing traffic.

Webhosting

Traffic to and from centron and Webhosting will not count towards your traffic allowance.
