Find out how to download cReports from ccloud³ and view reports on utilisation, backups, customer tickets and monitoring tickets.

cReports in the ccloud³

The cReports reports are available for free download in the ccloud³. The PDF file contains various details from the previous month relating to all your servers. This information remains available for three months before being overwritten by new entries.

Please note: A maximum of three reports are stored in your overview. After that, they will be overwritten by more recent reports.

Viewing capacity utilisation

You can view all the servers, their cores, RAM, IP addresses and storage capacity. You will also find a summary of the specifications. Furthermore, the cReports graphs clearly illustrate the utilisation of the CPU, RAM and storage.

Viewing the backups

If you have created backups for your servers, you can view the number of backups per server, the storage space used by each backup and, should a backup ever have failed, the total number of failed backups.

Viewing your customer tickets

In addition, the cReports PDF file contains an overview of both open and closed customer tickets from the previous month. To give you a clearer picture, the total number of tickets is also provided.

Viewing monitoring tickets

Furthermore, cReports provides an overview of critical or warning monitoring tickets. Here, too, the total number of tickets is immediately available.
