How centron’s tier system works

The centron Channel Partner Programme is based on three revenue-based tiers. The tier classification is determined by the monthly net end-customer revenue from all clearly assigned end customers. The higher this revenue, the higher the percentage credit rate.

TierMonthly net end-customer turnoverCredit rate
Tier 1€1,000.00 to €4,999.005%
Tier 2€5,000.00 to €9,999.007.5%
Tier 3from €10,000.0010%

The calculation is based solely on the relevant net end-customer turnover. Taxes, discounts, credit notes and special agreements are not taken into account in the calculation. The credit is calculated using the applicable tier rate and credited to the channel partner on a monthly basis.

Monthly net end-customer turnoverTierCredit balance
€3,000.00Tier 1€150.00
€7,000.00Tier 2€525.00
€12,000.00Tier 3€1,200.00

Tier classification is reviewed on a monthly basis. A tier upgrade occurs when the average net end-customer turnover for the last three months reaches the turnover threshold for the next higher tier. If the three-month average falls below the minimum threshold for the current tier, a corresponding downgrade will take place.

Looking at the 3-month average helps to smooth out short-term fluctuations in turnover. A single particularly strong or weak month therefore does not automatically lead to an immediate change in tier.

The applicable Tier level determines the credit rate applied to the eligible net end-customer turnover. This ensures that the calculation remains transparent and easy to understand, whilst growing end-customer turnover is consistently rewarded with a higher credit rate.
